Interim Data Warehousing Manager

Our client seeks an experienced and talented Interim Data Warehousing Manager to lead a world class Data Warehouse team and platform. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering all reports, metrics, trends and analysis required by the business and stakeholders. You will help the business make robust decisions based on purely objective data. You will be responsible for delivering data warehouse and reporting solutions to support growth across core categories and all consumer channels.

The interim manager will work with key stakeholders to identify and deliver the data warehouse programme of work and to be a key member of the product and technology leadership team acting as an ambassador both within and outside of the organisation.

You will have managed third party and business stakeholders and will gather requirements and control delivery. You will have experience of working in a dynamic and flexible environment and will have experience of managing third party delivery partners.

Responsibilities are to:
Drive and deliver continuous improvement in delivery practices, applying engineering best practices and Agile techniques in a data warehouse context and to champion and drive leanness, flexibility and agility throughout the process and activity of the team.

You will have:
Demonstrated experience in all facets of data warehousing development including Datamodelling, database administration, performance tuning of both traditional (RDBMS) and new age warehousing platforms. Proven track record of design, development and delivery of data collection, processing and warehousing frameworks within a large scale "big data" environment with a proven track record of solving large scale data processing challenges.

Preferably you will have 5+ years of enterprise Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Analytics experience and be available within 4 weeks notice. Apply now for an early conversation.
