Interim CTO - Engineering/Refrigeration/HVAC - Chartered Engineer

My client is looking for a senior CTO to lead and inspire a technology team who will be responsible for delivering the entire spectrum of technology services in support of an innovative range of cooling products.

The successful candidate is likely to be able to combine exceptional technical capability with outstanding people, communication, marketing, commercial and organisational skills. You will be a chartered engineer with further specialist engineering or business qualification.

The candidate must have experience in the following:-
- Research and Development
- Manufacturing and design for manufacturing
- HVAC and/or refrigeration
- Technical writing, authoring and communication
- People Management
- Training design and delivery
- Distributor support
- Product Innovation and value engineering
- Financial and commercial
- Fast growth, early stage business experience

It is imperative that you have the experience of taking a Greenfield site, introducing order and structure quickly and previous transition experience. There is an opportunity to also go perm with a compelling package.

There will be some travel to the states with this role as your transition the technology to a state side location.
