Interim Contract and Commercial Analyst

Are you an enthusiastic Interim Contract and Commercial Analyst?

We are looking for an Interim Contract and Commercial Analyst to join a fast paced exciting financial organisation based in Bradford. You will be supporting the company's contract and commercial function within change by providing analytical support and the provision of MI relating to the contract performance of key strategic 3rd party suppliers.

What experience you will have:

Experience of establishing effective governance and reporting frameworks to manage and monitor supplier performance, defining business requirements and creating reporting suites which drive the delivery of the Society's transformation agenda.

Experience creating and establishing supporting process control mechanisms to improve the quality of performance information with which to measure supplier's adherence to their contractual requirements and providing SME support to the business as required.
.

Experience managing the provision and creation of MI between the supplier and YBS.
.

Experience coordinating the meeting framework which feeds into the Supplier Assurance Board (SAB) to align reporting requirements and ensure that quality outputs are delivered to improve and enhance the Society's maturity relating to the management of 3rd party suppliers.

Experience planning a pipeline of 3rd party change requirements, supporting the creation of holistic supplier strategies and providing resource demand analysis for business resource (including Shared Services and Legal resource).

Experience of managing and reporting on supplier performance at an operational level (specifically managing Group Change and Strategic Initiatives related suppliers).
.

Knowledge and experience of a range of industry practices in IT/Change/project/programme delivery.
