Interim Conduct Risk Manager

The Client

Our client is a leading multinational utility company based in Middlesex.

This part of the business sells insurance products and is governed by the FCA.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an interim conduct risk manager to deliver the framework they are developing. We are interested in speaking to candidates who have hands on delivery experience and will be able to drive the other project managers.

Working part of a team of 6 they are looking to develop conduct risk framework, build rigour and best practice in the team and managing team.

They are looking for candidates with solid insurance experience.

The role will involve providing development and integration of a consistent best practice operational risk and control environments.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management processes, procedures and frameworks within an insurance environment.

You will be a seasoned and effective risk manager who has operated at senior manager or head of level.

We are looking for candidates with 1st line risk experience not 2nd line defence.

We are keen to speak to candidates who have an operational risk background and be able to demonstrate successful delivery within a similar role and worked within a regulatory environment.

Due to the demanding nature of the role we are looking for proactive, highly motivated candidates who have demonstrable experience of delivering results to high quality standards.
