Looking for a compliance interim that can provide advice and guidance on all CASS and Transaction Reporting issues. They should have a track record of working with the FSA/FCA/PRA handbook to mitigate regulatory risks that a stockbroker might face.
Imperatives:- - CASS and Transaction Reporting
- Working knowledge of the FCA AND PRA Handbook
- A track record of conduct risk - specifically TCF
- Experience of improving policies and procedures - documentation
- A track record of working within stock broking, banking, a regulator, professional services firm or a law firm; moreover, I'm looking for compliance skills within the client assets arena.
