Interim Complaints Manager (Clinical Governance)

Reporting jointly to the Director of Operations and Nursing, the successful candidate will be an experienced Complaint / Clinical Governance professional with Project Management experience. Whilst on site, you will be responsible for carrying out analysis and a full review of both internal and external Complaints processes, using the DATIX system and make recommendations for improvements to the Complaints process.

You will need to demonstrate your Clinical Governance, Complaints, DATIX, Project Management and PALS knowledge and ideally have completed a similar assignment in another Trust in relation to Complaints or have improved Complaints as part of a larger Governance project.
