Interim Chief Executive

My NHS customer is a leading Foundation Trust which aspires to be in the top 20% of all hospitals for clinical quality, patient experience, and staff engagement you will be focused on delivering the best for every patient measured by strategic clinical outcome targets, evidenced patient experience & best practice. This client is looking to appoint an interim Chief Executive to provide passionate leadership with integrity and energy.

Accountable to the board of directors, this Interim Chief Executive will report to the trust Chairman with an executive team of 3 corporate directors & 4 exec directors reporting to the Chief executive.

This client is looking for a suitable candidate with (non conclusive) following skills and experience:
- Educated to Masters Degree Level with a Post Grad Management qualification
- A successful track record in the NHS at board level in an acute and/or acute community integrated environment (preferably with Foundation Trust experience) with the proven ability to provide inspired leadership to the whole organisation.
- A well developed leader with a demonstrable record of establishing and maintaining high performance culture and can lead change.
