Our client, a well- established and high profile charity with a turnover of c£10m is looking to appoint an Interim Chief Executive for about 6-9 months from February 2013.The organisation operates in a highly political and media sensitive environment and has a position of being a respected and influential voice in UK child care.

Duties will include:
Leading the senior management team to ensure that strategic and operational objectives are implemented, supervising the implementation of the organisations Future Investment Programme and ensuring that the organisation delivers against the requirements of all the high profile Government contracts which it manages across the UK.

The successful applicant must have a proven track record as a Chief Executive within the Not for Profit sector. Preference may be given to applicants who have had exposure to the social care sector, but this is not a prerequisite for the role.
