As the Change and Transformation Lead you will be responsible for setting the change management, training and communications strategy for this exciting programme. You will create the global change network internally and manage various workstreams and providers.
You will be an experienced and successful change and Transformation specialist with specific expertise in HRIS, ideally cloud based systems ie workday, cornerstone, successfactors etc.
You will be competent at creating stakeholder management plans, change agenda's, understanding and articulating risks and impacts to ensure a successful delivery across their global footprint.
