Interim CF10 & CF11/Head of Compliance & MLRO

Role: Interim CF10 and CF11

Location: London

Start Date: 20 FEB 2014

Contract 3 to 6 months

Rate: £500 to £700 per day

An opportunity has come available for an Interim CF10 and CF11/acting Head of Compliance and MLRO for a city based private bank.

You must be available to start the role within two weeks of this ad.

This role is role requires the individual to:

- Ensure that all activities, procedures and controls are conducted with the banks rules and regulations.
- All appropriate manuals are updated as required.
- Must have a thorough understanding of directives of UK/EU Compliance Law from the regulators - FCA/PRA/Central Bank.
- Maintain and develop the compliance monitoring plan.
- Must be able to provide compliance guidance when new products are introduced to the offering.
- You must have experience in working closely with regulators.
- Working with HMRC, SOCA, DPA and other external agencies is an advantage.

You will be an experienced compliance professional and have held CF10 & CF11 roles in your career and available for the start date.
