Interim Cash Reconciliations Analyst

Edinburgh City Centre based Investment House has a requirement to source a number of Interim  Cash Reconciliation Analysts for a fixed term contract. The  Cash Reconciliation team is responsible for the reconciliation of all cash held on behalf of the Investment Companies clients.  Reconciling cash holdings against the wrap platform records ensuring they are accurate.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- We are looking for people with experience of delivering an excellent level of service in a similar role
- Experience in using Excel for data analysis
- The ability to work accurately and to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience of Cash Settlements 
- Able to demonstrate understanding of Financial Conduct Authority regulations 

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Matching; to match transaction data contained on trade confirmations
- Reconciliation; monitor timely settlement of all trades and inter company payments to ensure breaks are minimised at all times
- Planning; to prioritise the work to ensure all activities are completed on time and within agreed deadlines
