Interim Capital Projects Specialist Opportunity - Saudi Arabia

My client is a leading management consultancy in the Middle East, and they have a new signed off role to start in January 2013 for a Capital Project specialist.

The role is for a 4 month contract, renewable by a further 8 months for the right person. It is based in Riyadh and pays $10k per month plus housing.

The candidate will have to develop the policies, processes and procedures for the Capital Projects in a large water company. Ideally with a water background but not necessary, the candidate should have experience of working on or managing large scale capital infrastructure projects. The individual can be from a construction or civil engineering type background, but must have the risk skills and experience of developing a detailed policies and procedures manual for a project management department and not just be a project team member who executes.
