THE CLIENT
Green Park is partnering a renowned high street retailer through an exciting brand/reposting journey by appointing an Interim Business Transformation Director to act as the conduit between the turnaround/implementation business improvement teams and the wider international business, board, private equity house.

THE ASSIGNMENT
This role will be pivotal in driving organisational commercial change and decisions while assisting the business improvement team in delivering a business implementations.

You will have full view of the organisation, engagement and part of the board/senior leadership team in addition, you be responsible for writing the programme agenda and delivery of the finished article in partnership with the business improvement team.

You will need to have proven experience with handling business change specifically within a retail/fashion orientated environment, ideally by previous holding either a divisional CEO, COO, Retail Ops or Trading/BM environment within a retail/fashion organisation.

Our store network is + 300 therefore this will be an incredibly hands on assignment.

THE INTERIM MANAGER
This is an opportunity for an established seasoned Interim board level executive with a proven background in business change.

You will need to have worked for a fashion/apparel high street retailer previously at an executive level otherwise we will not progress your application.
