Interim Business Change Manager

Our Public Sector client is seeking an experienced Interim Business Change Manager for a period of 3-4 months during a significant period of change within the organisation. The role will require travel to both Bristol and Nottingham.

The role will involve:

- Developing and implementing an effective change management approach and methodology to a merger programme
- Develop and implement a change impact assessment process
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate the results and result the findings
- Identify resistance and performance gaps and work to develop and implement actions to correct these
- Support communications across the whole organisations regarding the implications of the merger

To be considered for this opportunity you must:

- Have extensive experience of change management and communication best practice methodologies
- Evidence of managing all aspects of business change and communications within large business change programmes within the Public Sector
- A proven track record of designing and delivering change Impact Analysis and change readiness assessments and developing action plans to close the gap
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential
- The ability to travel to Nottingham on a regular basis is essential
