Interim Business Analyst

Our Local Authority Client based in the East Anglia is seeking a number of Interim Business Analysts.

This is a challenging role working with and across all services to support the development and delivery of process redesign activity. The ideal candidate will have a detailed involvement in business process design and mapping, who is a self-starter, hands-on candidate with bags of energy. Some of the areas covered would be: Purchase to pay experience, specialist HR including Performance Management, Talent succession, learning development and case management, payroll and expense management, Business Intelligence Experience.

Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Establish and maintain first class customer centric relationships with service stakeholders including peer groups, internal customers, partners and corporate groups.
* Ensure that the business requirements provided into the project are valid and contribute to the overall efficiency goals of Transforming Systems.
* Operate proactively with all service areas to analyse and redesign business requirements and specify appropriate solutions in support of the organisations priority goals and vision.
* Identify, shape, scope and lead re-design work packages, taking responsibility for coordinating their effective delivery including the planning and management of own and others activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

* Relevant experience of defining and delivery redesigned processes in the public sector.
* Experience of the associated Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing technologies which support ERP implementations would be highly desirable.
* Ability to undertake a role in the project management of work packages for a wide range of business issues and an understanding of the purpose and value of a business case and the identification of benefits and costs.
