Interim Biomedical Technician Job

BIOMEDICAL TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Directly manage Biomed Equipment and be responsible for the cleaning and distribution of various types of medical equipment.
- This group of staff is scheduled 24 x 7 and the Interim Manager will be responsible for schedule creation and maintenance.
- Provide support and/or direct service to equipment planning, purchasing, contract management and finance management.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Knowledgeable of all applicable federal, state, health and other regulatory laws, ethics and standards related to Biomed equipment management.
- Knowledgeable of The Joint Commission Environment of Care standards.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with biomedical medical equipment in a hospital or clinical setting
- Electronic Engineering/Biomed Certification
