You will, typically, be responsible for leading the work stream and ensuring consistency and compliance with the ITT. The role will require you to provide business and specific subject matter or technical expertise, manage stake holders and produce and own the delivery plans.
You will already have experience of working within rail, ideally in a franchising role with a specific background in bid preparation or negotiation. The roles will run for 6 - 9 months.
