INTERIM B2B E-COMMERCE LEAD - GLOBAL FTSE 100 COMPANY

An interim B2B E-commerce Lead is required to drive forward a customer-centric experience for the corporate consumers of my global FTSE 100 client.

With extensive experience in the B2B E-commerce space, driving innovative solutions to enable and transform the business, from a user experience and customer service perspective. It is imperative you have a proven track record of delivering roadmaps in B2B, Retail or FMCG environments.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:-

5 years+ experience in a relevant role.

Past experience of producing Road-maps. Leading and delivering on E-commerce strategy/agenda

Customer-centric project experience, with large corporate clients

Proven ability in Communications, Marketing and Content

Ability to perform as a lead whilst also being a team-player. Will be leading a programme team

It is imperative you are a strong E-commerce Lead with a proven track record of delivering business transformations in B2B organisations.

Demonstrable experience of end to end Programme Delivery for B2B, retail or FMCG organisations

Extensive experience in Pricing Structures, Vendor Management and Online Roadmaps

Track record of working in Large Global Organisisations

Extensive experience driving change through a digital enabled transformation

Strong and demonstrable experience in tackling and delivering extensive culture change centred on people and behaviours

Exceptional Programme Delivery track record

Excellent senior stakeholder management
