Interim Assistant Estates Surveyor

Our Public Sector client is seeking an experience Interim Estates Surveyor for a period of 3-4 months.

The role will involve:

- Providing a full estate management service for the organisation's property and estates portfolio
- Negotiate terms and conditions for the acquisitions and disposal of land and premises
- Draft and negotiate legal documents including licences and formal memoranda of rent review
- Negotiate terms and conditions in relation to the grant or acquisitions of easements, way leaves and other rights
- Provide valuation, legal, property and ownership advise to the organisation

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

- Be MRCIS qualified or Valuation Surveyor or equivalent
- Have a strong track record of negotiating terms and conditions for the granting and renewal of leases and licences
- Evidence of preparing Executive reports and making recommendations as required
- Strong evidence of providing valuation, legal and property advice within Local Authority.
