IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Manage Treuhand to complete year end closing for 2017
-Complete reconciliation of VAT, withholding tax & social security for 2017, calculate transfers between internal cost centres
-Plan and manage timeline for 2017 audit and financial statements (deadline Sept 2018)
-Completeness check of account receivable and accounts payable to establish late payers/bad debts and outstanding creditors position, reconcile against CRM system
-Manage Treuhand in preparing basic 2018 information (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) for Q1 with a view to take over for Apr/May and ongoing
-Assist Treuhand and Dir Finance & Ops in designing and implementing processes around basic monthly necessities e.g. billing, bank entries, updating CRM module
-Bring financial position of associates/consultants/contractors up to date and implement monthly process to keep it that way (monies billed, received, contribution to Ops Expenses)
-In conjunction with Director Ops& Finance and Treuhand, create high level budget for 2018 and 2019
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Finance Manager / Senior Accountant (Allrounder)
-Experience in Interim Projects
-Experience in structuring and reorganizing the financial department
-Experience in accounting tasks
