Interim Account Manager

Our Public Sector client is seeking an experienced Interim Account Manager for a period of 2-3 months. You will have responsibility for acting as the main point of contact for the organisation on a large scale project currently being undertaken.

The role will involve:

- Ensuring the organisations you have responsibility for deliver the required plans within the programme deadline.
- Identifying, resolving and addressing any issues/barriers to support the delivery of the project
- Developing and agreeing final proposals for the MoU and ensuring a credible delivery plan is in place
- Finalise the project delivery plan and risk register
- Liaise with the statistics team for final areas to map the project
- Manage the delivery of the project up to the delivery of the first plans in April
- Ensure monitoring and progress reports are submitted to keep delivery on track.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

- Have a proven experience of successfully delivering projects within the Public Sector
- Have evidence of developing and agreeing final proposals with stakeholders
- Have strong negotiation skills with a variety of stakeholders
- Have a proven track record of managing risk registers
- Excellent people and communication skills are essential
- Have evidence of ensuring monitoring and progress reports are kept update and available
