RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MONITOR PAGER FOR TROUBLE TICKETS AND CALL CLIENTS TO RESOLVE
- COORDINATE WITH APPROPRIATE STAFF TO RESOLVE, REFER WHEN NECESSARY
- WATCH INTERFACE MONITOR TO PROACTIVELY DETECT ISSUES/RESPOND TO ASSIGNED HELPDESK TICKETS
- WORK WITH OTHER BUSINESS UNITS TO RESOLVE ISSUES
- REVIEW INTERFACES IN EPIC BRIDGES® MODULE AND READ HL7 MESSAGES TO DIAGNOSE AND FIX ISSUES
- PREPARE WEEKLY INTERFACE REPORTS FROM TEXT-BASED
- COORDINATE WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS ON ISSUES AS-NEEDED
- LOAD REPORTS TO SHAREPOINT WEEKLY
- MONITOR ALL DEPLOYMENTS FOR ISSUES
- RETRIEVE AND ENTER DATA FROM WEBSITE INTO TABLES
