The assignment will involve acting the main interface between the company, client and main contractor.
Specifcally:
- Coordinating the approval of designs and project plans
- Working with depot stakeholders to ensure that works do not disrupt day to day operations and that plans will be fit for purpose
- Planning and designing the programme, monitoring progress, resolving issues etc
- Evaluating cost and resource implications
- Participation in Internal Communications activities
- Planning and delivering operational staff training programmes
- Attending meetings, negotiation and presentations
The client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with experience of rail depot transformation, with strong stakeholder management skills, strong communication and planning skills, available to start at short notice for a duration of six months+.
