Interface Designer for Multinational Client in Stockholm/Sweden

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INTERFACE DESIGNER TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN STOCKHOLM/SWEDEN.

EXPECTED TASKS AND DELIVERABLES BY THE CONSULTANT

- Design and implementation of user interfaces taking into account user ergonomics and usability for systems developed by the section;
- Implementation of a graphical user interface as specified and according to ECDC standards and guidelines;
- Ensure that a user interface works well in a predefined set of browsers and versions of browsers;
- Develop documentation including help text, report samples, and screen samples;
- Create/find new GUI components/images when no such component exists previously.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

- University degree with MINIMUM 2 YEARS experience in IT
- Proven experience in designing graphical user interfaces in web projects
- Proven experience of implementing GUI guidelines in web applications
- Proven knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, JAVASCRIPT AND AJAX techniques
- Good knowledge of ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE for creating/editing images for the Web
- Proven experience working with cross browser compatibility
- Experience the GUI implementation on mobile devices is advantageous
- Able to integrate in a multinational team

EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING TOOLS IS ADVANTAGEOUS:

- GUI implementation on mobile devices
- Visual Studio
- Team Foundation Server
- ASP.NET
- MS SQL Reporting Services
- MS SharePoint/MS SharePoint Designer
- MS Dynamics CRM
