GRAPHIC INTERFACE DESIGNER

LADBROKES are looking to recruit a GRAPHIC INTERFACE DESIGNER on an initial 3-Month contract to deliver Graphiocal amends and changes required for all phases on the new mobile service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the development of the brand and customer experience strategy through the interactive design across digital channels.
- Work with internal customers to understand their design needs and timelines.
- Set realistic expectations about what can be delivered through the development life cycle.
- Collaborate with Product teams to design and develop quality products that are user-focused, easy to use, accountable to business objectives, and delivered on time.
- Work closely with UX team to better understand the user, test the usability of features and conceptual designs, and refine designs to improve the user experience.
- Must be able to accurately and efficiently spec and cut assets for production.
- Collaborate within the Design team to develop style standards for company and consistently apply them with each project.
- Actively present style recommendations and contribute written guidelines and specs to a Style Guide.
- Should encourage and complete research activity for all design elements to optimise site/app performance and achieve business goals.
- Must be able to quickly produce high-level design concept in support of an agile development workshop.
- Supports the unity and growth of the team by providing creative ideas and constructive feedback to other designers.
- Responsible for high-quality designs, graphics, mock-ups and layouts for both new and existing applications.
- Review available research to support the UX teams and Product channel to translate business goals into the best customer interactive solutions.
- Work with UX Lead to make sure that the workflow reflects the customer's needs and ensure consistency among features.
- Advise and work with the UX team to execute the conceptual designs ensuring that the workflow reflects the customer's needs and ensure consistency.
- Define innovative user interfaces and interaction styles which result in improved user.
