Interface Co-Ordinator

Interface Co-ordinator sought London with recent NHS ICT history plus experience of working with suppliers and managing data extract, transformation and upload and interfacing issues and risks in a complex project environment.

Technically competent for discussions around databases, interfaces and overall software and infrastructure architectures. PRINCE2 (or equivalent) qualified and experience essential.

Responsibilities include:
You will take responsibility for managing the input of all relevant parties to the development of data extracts, uploads and interfaces to a new virtual patient record system.
Co-ordinating all aspects of data extracts and interfacing work associated with the Project on behalf of the Project Manager
Facilitating provision of all required extracts from third party suppliers and liaising with Trust System Managers and suppliers
Liaising with Trust Technical specialists, the supplier team and source system suppliers to ensure the provision of data extracts and feeds, co-ordinating the activities of all parties
Managing the input of Data Specialists to the project
Completing project reports for related work packages and maintaining all relevant documentation in line with Project Office procedures
Managing Project risks and issues as requested by the Project Manager
