- Experience programming in VB, Java, C#, or other language
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Configuration/troubleshooting of enterprise level servers, network routing and switching devices, SIP audio gateways, IP telephones is not required but most welcome
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, Windows XP/7/8, DHCP/DNS, Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare ESXi is not required but most welcome

- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills, including escalation management and information presentation
