Experience:
Essential:
1. Minimum 2 years experience or highly talented recent graduate.
2.Excellent interaction design and information architecture skills demonstrated in a portfolio.
3. Understanding of user-centered design approaches.
4. Speedy efficiency in at least one drawing/WIREFRAMING TOOL (Axure, Omnigraffle, etc.) and experience with prototyping tools.
5. Analytical skills to deconstruct requirements, and to identify and articulate the design challenge.
6. Creative problem-solving skills at all levels of detail: from the big picture to the nuts and bolts of interaction design.
7. Experience designing native and web apps, for both desktop and tablet devices.
Desirable:
8. Experience designing for children.
9. Educational or gaming content experience.
10. Working with co-located teams in different time zones.
11. Agile experience is a plus.
