Interaction Designer/UX Designer (Android/Scrum)

An outstanding opportunity exists to join a leading technology organisation based in Sweden. We're looking for an experienced Interaction Designer/UX Designer to embody, transform and communicate the visual design of our client throughout the company's product range.

Your day to day role will be to:
Create and communicate the teams UX design briefs;
Design management to direct and empower designers;
Direct UI Development and approve UI implementation;
Create, maintain and communicate the teams UX design paradigm;
Provide cross-platform UI concept design.

Needs:
Demonstrated mastery in the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis and unity;
An ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex concepts into illustrations that can be understood by others at a glance;
Good knowledge of user centered design, usability principles and techniques;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
