INTERACTION DESIGNER WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Master's Degree in a design-related field (Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications, Computer Science)
- At least 4 years of work experience in UX Design along with knowledge of design principles and practices (layout, color theory, typography)
- Excellent Know-How in designing or directing software development across Web, Mobile, Tablet or other platforms as well as motion for user interfaces
- Very good knowledge of JavaScript for rapid prototyping purposes, HTML as well as proficiency in Sketch 48 and/or Adobe Creative Suite and Apple platforms
- Experience creating style-guides and/or design specification documents
- Strong problem-solving as well as analytical and established thinking
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
- ONLINE PORTFOLIO DEMONSTRATING A RANGE OF THOUGHTFUL DESIGNS BASED GROUNDED IN USER-CENTERED THINKING IS REQUIRED
YOUR TASKS:
- Creating new designs, including user flows, wireframes, mocks and prototypes
- Communicating design intent to internal teams, and justifying design work and advocate for users' needs
- Collaborating on a geographically distributed team of designers and researchers; exploring wide-ranging options and iterate extensively based on user feedback
- Delivering the designs for each release and follow through on details with the engineering team Guide development to implement experiences on mobile, tablet and other platforms
