My Client is a looking for IN & VAS Back Office Engineer to work in a growing team in Paris, The Client is a major mobile telecommunication's vendor which is growing extremely quickly and they are searching for excellent candidates to join the team.

The IN & VAS Engineer must have extensive experience working in Support and troubleshooting, the candidate must have excellent customer service skills with strong knowledge on Prepaid or Post-paid platforms with strong protocol knowledge on the following   SS7, CAP, INAP, TCP/IP, RTP, C7

The Candidate must be able to speak French to a very good level

- Prepaid and post-paid experience
- IN & VAS
- 2nd Line Support, OMC, Trouble-shooting and maintenance,  
- Good customer support skills will have to lease with French customers
- Protocols: SS7, CAP, INAP, TCP/IP, RTP, C7
- Produce project documentation (configuration documentation, commissioning documentation, transfer to care documentation)
- Analysis and troubleshooting of IN platform,
- Troubleshooting technical queries and fault reports
- Linux or Unix or Oracle knowledge would be helpful but not essential.
