ANALYST - INVESTIGATION SERVICES

Are you an Analyst with at least 3 years of working in an investigations or intelligence environment within law enforcement, public or commercial sectors? Was this experience gained within a multinational and multicultural environment and are you looking for an exciting new opportunity within a non-governmental organisation (NGO) ? If so, please have a look at the following details:

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an Investigations Analyst to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

YOUR ROLE:

The consultant will support the Integrity Due Diligence (IDD) project manager in developing and codifying risk-based IDD processes across key Client business processes. The consultant will also conduct IDD and produce analytic reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Critically analyze the costs and benefits of adopting tailored due diligence approaches that are tailored to risk profiles and to maximize risk prevention while minimizing costs and bureaucracy
- Provide high quality analytics and operational analysis including data analysis, process analysis, and establishing links and association between material (intelligence, statements, grant information, interviews)
- Develop inferences and hypotheses based upon the data available
- Make recommendations based upon analysis to support the progression and direction of an investigation
- Use analytical software and tools proficiently and appropriately
- Take detailed notes of risk analyses and process discussions with process owners
- Maintain detailed documentation and records of IDD processes, decision-making records; IDD methodology steps undertaken; and evidence collected
- Maintain and consistently upgrade IDD database first on excel and facilitate the development of a tailored IDD database with analytics capabilities

TO DELIVER THE REQUIRED RESULTS, IT'S ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE:

- Minimum 3 years professional experience obtained within an international firm, bilateral or multilateral aid agency, government department, industry, a commercial or investment bank, or in law enforcement or other professional investigations environment working on fraud and abuse.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively in complex, multi-disciplinary and diverse environments
- Experience in the creation of intelligence and analytical products
- Experience of working in sensitive environments and with confidential information and processes
- Experience supporting multi-disciplinary cross-departmental projects requiring engagement and change management with senior stakeholders
- Experience of successfully supporting project teams where some team members do not have line reporting to the project manager.
- Ability to build and maintain databases in excel
- An excellent knowledge of English
