INTEGRATION TEST LEAD (INTEGRATION TESTING - LARGE COMPLEX SCALE - STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT)

My Dublin based client has an immediate need for a Integration Test Lead for an initial 6 month project, you will be reporting to the Head of Systems Engineering, to successfully lead the integration and end to end system testing of large, complex systems - co-ordinating a variety of different internal and external stakeholders on a day-to day basis and creating system integration test plans.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE

- 5+ years of managing integration testing on large systems
- 3+ years of leading teams of 10 or greater Demonstrable experience of creating integration test plans for complex integration projects involving multiple 3rd party deliverables
- Demonstrable experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams, including both internal and external third parties
- Demonstrable experience of using test management systems for:
-Progress reporting and generation of associated metrics
-Requirements verification and traceability
-Defect Management
-Excellent planning and time management
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to achieve results under time pressure without compromising quality
-Ability to evaluate information and situations to determine appropriate options

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

- Certification in a Test Methodology
- A practitioner's qualification in PRINCE2,
- ITIL or similar project methodology
- ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing or equivalent
