INTEGRATION TEST MANAGER

Looking for a Integration Test Manager for an Automation Client in Geneva, Switzerland. The Test Manager will be part of the Integration test team to plan, design, implement and execute mainly integration, non-functional and performance tests, and support functional tests in the software development life cycle and ensure that an ATM solution release is compliant with its functional and non-functional requirements. He/she will collaborate with Agile Scrum development teams which provide the solution expertise, with the responsibility of designing and - ideally automated - implementing and executing test cases mainly for the above named test types, which may be performed manually or via an automated framework.

TASKS

Design, implement (Code) and execute the end-to-end integration, performance and non-functional test scenarios based on the integration flows, and service/system interfaces.
Execute test scenarios and document the result of the test executions.
Organize the testing related tasks and provide estimations for the test efforts.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and maintain the Test Scenarios, Test Artefacts and the overall Test Plan.
Collaborate with the project and architecture teams to identify potential integration defects and define corrective measures accordingly.

Experience with SAFe SDLC

SKILLS SET

10+ years of experience, 5+ End to end testing Experience, 1+ Test Automation, 1+ Java Development
Hands on testing experience within a whole range of Component testing, functional Integration Testing, including acceptance, both manual and automated testing
Previous experience with the integration testing of autonomous services across Enterprise Service Bus platforms and Messaging Middleware (eg Tibco EMS)
Previous experience with the test automation techniques and tools (eg SoapUI and Jmeter).
Team player with excellent inter-personal skills to participate in workshops with domain experts as well as collaboration with team colleagues.
Excellent oral and written communication in English.

Complete understanding and strong experience of Agile Scrum delivery.
Highly technical tester with a previous development background or an experienced developer who has previously built automation frameworks, or worked in functional testing as part of an Agile Scrum delivery.
Previous technical testing experience in an Agile environment (BDD/TDD is essential)
Understanding of how to "build quality in" and prevent defects, rather than finding them.
Automation testing experience with the ability to create test scripts for automation frameworks using open source technologies, such as JMeter, CITRUS, SoapUI
Experience in integrating automation tests with continuous delivery tools
Previous experience in environments like Message Orientated Middleware (MOM) like TIBCO, IBM WebSphere, service orientated architecture like SOAP and Restful
Familiar with Atlassian toolset (Jira/Confluence)
