Our rapidly growing client is seeking a talented Integration Support Engineer to join their team. you'll be responsible for the delivery of products and tools for a global media buying platform using Real Time bidding and behavioral targeting technologies. This platform currently handles upwards of 9 billion requests per day, aggregating all of this data on our Hadoop clusters. Distributed systems experience a big plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Onboard and certify new integration partners.
- Provide technical assistance to program management and business development.
- Build and execute on integration test plans.
- Monitor and report on integration stability.
- Troubleshoot technical integration issues encountered in production.
- Escalate to development if a code change is required to resolve issue.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3-5 years of experience supporting large scale Internet technologies
- Software and system troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication, analytical, and technical skills
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, JSON, Python, PHP, XML, REST, No-SQL, and MySQL
- Linux Operating system knowledge
- Develop tools to improve the efficiency in investigations, reporting and resolving issues
- TCP/IP network troubleshooting skills that includes knowledge of key protocols such as HTTP, DNS, Syslog
- Creative, independent problem solver
- 2 year degree in technology, engineering, or science
