Integration Manager (Braine L'alleud)

Je functie: For our customer we are looking for an Integration Manager.
Scope of work:

The IT integration team maintains Integration Enterprise Bus to connect applications & databases.
Data are exchanged in using a wide selection of adapters through this middleware (sap, sharepoint, salesforces … plugins).
Based on the description below, we are looking someone who can help us to optimize our current integration services.
His/her contribution will help us to review our current process of incidents management, change control and services portfolio.

Mission Description:

Facilitator role for integration services improvements: to redefine the services level agreements, setup operational services covered by IT Ops, review incidents management process
Take the lead to review existing qualification documents describing our Integration solutions with assistance of Integration designers
Analyst role to capture the new business requests, track the projects documentation, setup testing approach for critical programs like master data management, hybrid integration platform managing on-premises & cloud endpoints …
Je profiel: Skills

Have IT services orientation mindset, good project management skills
Good understanding of GxP & ITIL methodologies used in the Biopharma environment
General understanding of the business related to Biopharma processes (R&D, Tech Ops, SAP)
Experience more than 5years
