JOB DESCRIPTION INTEGRATION MANAGER:

The purpose of the Senior Integration Manager is to lead multiple technology-driven programs from a CIO integration perspective, ensuring cross-program coordination and alignment for both integration and technical troubleshooting for CIO deliveries (OSS/BSS/Web) under the integration. The Senior Integration Manager role is responsible for ensuring all IT component integration is aligned with business objectives throughout the project life cycle. The Senior Integration Manager role is typically from a technical background, but able to exercise leadership skills within the program streams. This person will work closely with other Integration Managers to assure IT integration is fully supported throughout the delivery of a program.

The key measure of success in this role will be the reduced time to market, budget adherence and on-time delivery of assigned initiatives and/or programs.

Lead, directly and through the Project Team, Technical Integration Management within the CIO Deployment Group for all programs.

Serve as CIO Integration Management single point of contact for CIO-scope activities across the programs.

Identify program technical dependencies, manage cross-functional teams to drive, track and deliver all necessary IT components, data alignment, and message structure of the components to complete the delivery and testability of the E2E solution.

Ensure that JIT (Integration) and UAT (User) Test phases start on schedule and with necessary pre-requisites in place.

Support CIO Architecture in the review of design artefacts across multiple program stakeholder silos.

Ensure production and maintenance of environment Connectivity Matrix, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) Component Availability, Integration reporting and planning.

Collaborate with CIO management to ensure that the CIO technical teams consistently follow the documented and agreed IT Deployment processes. Drive and support operational excellence.

Facilitate communications across technical delivery teams and component owners(both internal and vendor). Serve as escalation path for teams across the organization.

Produce domain-specific status reporting in line with CIO governance objectives.

JOB DEMANDS INTEGRATION MANAGER:

English (mandatory) and Dutch (preferred) language proficiency.

A minimum of 8 years related experience.

4 + years of relevant technical experience (OSS/BSS/Web)

Experience managing Matrix organizations delivering IT implementations and involving multiple software application integrators.

Deep level of proficiency and understanding of information technology and the linkage between business processes, people and systems.

Broad technical knowledge of cable and IP network technologies, cable company & telecom operations and IT solutions.

In-depth understanding of all Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) phases including development methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, Scrum.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working partnerships at all levels through a collaborative approach with a wide range of groups, including internal departments, Affiliates and vendors.
