Integration Manager

I am looking for an experienced INTEGRATION MANAGER to work for a leading telecoms company in Ireland, supporting the new LTE network rollout.

Desired attributes;

* Project management and team lead experience - you will be leading a team of up to 15 other integration engineers
* Perform planning for the team for budget and cost requirements, whilst simultaneously ensuring the smooth integration of site elements in to the network
* Overseeing the troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and integration of RAN network elements including RBS, BTS, RNC and NodeB
* Ideally will have knowledge of, or experience with Irish networks
* Will have worked as/with a rollout/delivery manager - ensuring customer SLAs and timeframes are met
* Site share/installation/transition procedures with 2G/3G/LTE networks
* Service delivery
* Acting as customer interface and liaising with optimisation teams when sites go live
* CD-S-LTE RAN
* Knowledge of SA-NRO-Integration
* Swap, upgrade or expansion experience
