Integration Lead

An Integration Lead is required by a major Utilities company on a 3-6 month contract position. The Integration Lead will define, develop and implement standards, processes and targets that will cultivate a high performing team ethos of driving maximum Customer satisfaction, profitability, compliance and securing sustainability across all 4 strategic Customer Journeys.
The Integration Lead will be accountable for ensuring that appropriate Journey Forums are established to provide comprehensive impact assessments of all proposed changes. Working closely with Business Process Owners, Journey Sponsors and MI Teams the Integration Lead will be responsible for the delivery of all Journey plans.
Key Deliverables for the Integration Lead:
- Governance, Assurance & Alignment of strategic End-to-End Customer Journey
- Working with Exec Level and will need to influence, lead, and drive decisions at a Senior Management Level.
- Manage the integrity of all E2E Customer Journeys by focussing on consistency
- Ensure the planning and prioritisation processes are identified.

Integration Leads wanting to apply must be ale to demonstrate a proven track record in building and sustaining productive relationships with Senior Stakeholders and capable of influencing at all levels. Solid analytical skills and an ability to proactively address problems would be an advantage.
