JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our client's B2B eCommerce team is responsible for the creation and delivery of self-service products for large, medium and small business customers. Their eCommerce platform for business customers provides a customizable and flexible one stop shopping resource for wireless products and services as well as provides online account management for telecom managers and administrators.
As the Integration Support Analyst (ISA) you'll analyze, correct and respond to integration issues and customer escalations. You'll develop comprehensive knowledge of Premier, including functionality of the application, development life cycle, service provisioning, and profiles, as well as comprehensive understanding of how B2B eCommerce program fits into overall strategy. You'll also use innovative approaches to better serve the customer and improve integration support processes. This is an environment where job requirements, technical knowledge, approaches and priorities change rapidly. Demonstrate how you independently handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously and are able to prioritize those tasks!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing, analysing and troubleshooting issues with integrated customers
- Setup calls with customers and internal account team
- Follow up on tickets received from our account team, completing any changes requested by the customer as well as issues as they present themselves
- Configure test sites and integration settings for all new on boarding customers
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong XML or CXML a must have.
- eCommerce Network Systems: Oracle Supplier Network, Oracle Exchange Network, Ariba Supplier Network and Perfect Commerce
- Database: Oracle, MySQL, SQLLite and SQL
- Two (2) plus years of experience in an eCommerce or IT related environment
- Solid understanding of computers and applications (Microsoft Office '07)
- Strong Customer Service/People Skills
- Ability to Multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Must be willing to work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
- Understanding of procurement technology and integration protocols
- Ability to provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation for a customer on any procurement issue
- Facilitate large conference calls with customers and account team
- Maintain customer satisfaction by communicating SLAs and other variables affecting deliverables accurately to set customer expectations.
- Understanding of supplier networks and their settings and testing procedures
