Integration Business Analyst Supply Chain

Key Skills

o European Supply Chain processes knowledge
o Knowledge of interfaces between SAP SCM, MM, WM and third party applications
o Strong experience especially in the areas of Consignment, Bonded Warehouse, Inventory Management
o Experience in SAP Procure-To-Pay and Order-To-Cash is a plus
o Must be able to understand complex business processes, design solution
o Experienced in Laying out Process flows, Work-flow diagrams, Use-Cases (UML)
o Must be able to document in a logical and comprehensible manner using Microsoft Office Tools (Visio, Share point, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project and Outlook).
o End-To-End tests between SAP and existing and new internal & external HR systems,
o Experience of various interface methodologies, standards and file formats
o Problem solving skills
o Fluent in English

About the role

o For this role the IT Business Analyst will quickly understand an existing complex IT solution which incorporates many systems and interfaces both internal and external and across many countries and time zones.
o This will be done using a variety of existing documentation, interviews and other fact finding exercises.
o The BA will then work with relevant stakeholders to capture requirements, analyze and design solutions.
o A significant area will be interfaces between existing systems and SAP.
o Successful candidates will also be able to follow a disciplined approach in managing work & communicating effectively and following the guidelines of a central Project Management Office.
