Projektbeschreibung

Based in Geneva, this will be a challenging role working in a vibrant environment focusing on interfaces and processes from existing systems into a new SAP solution.

For this role the IT HR Business Analyst will quickly understand an existing complex IT solution which incorporates many systems and interfaces both internal and external and across many countries and time zones. This will be done using a variety of existing documentation, interviews and other fact finding exercises. The BA will then work with relevant stakeholders to design solutions. A significant area will be interfaces between existing and new systems and SAP. Candidates must be highly experienced in Laying out Process flows, Work-flow diagrams, Use-Cases (UML) and be able to test their and others solutions within a large project team. Successful candidates will also be able to follow a disciplined approach in managing work & communicating effectively and following the guidelines of a central Project Management Office.

Main Responsibilities
o Design integration of existing and new HR Systems with SAP, ensure detailed Functional Integration and System Design document is reviewed and signed off by stakeholders
o Prepare System Integration Test, write End to End test cases, execute and coordinate test scenarios, manage defects etc.
o Manage and communicate project plan, risk and issue logs
o Schedule and facilitate project meetings
o Report on status, issue and risk register

Required Skills & Experience
o Business Analyst with European HR processes knowledge (administration and payroll).
o IT Business Analysis skills and experience relevant to the responsibilities described above
o Must be system-oriented and able to understand complex business processes, design solution
o Must be able to document in a logical and comprehensible manner using Microsoft Office Tools (Visio, Share point, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project and Outlook).
o Must be able to prepare and execute End-To-End tests between SAP and existing and new internal & external HR systems, working with internal and external resources & partners
o Experience of various interface methodologies, standards and file formats
o Ability to work as part of a large team and cooperatively with various stakeholders, internal and external business partners in different countries.
o Excellent problem solving skills to get issues resolved quickly.
