Integration/Build/Versioning tool Specialist for Multinational Client

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SOFTWARE INTEGRATION/BUILD/VERSIONING TOOL SPECIALIST TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN THE HAGUE

EXPECTED TASKS AND DELIVERABLES BY THE CONSULTANTS

Engage with the various stakeholders in the software development, continuous integration and deployment, test and SDLC process domains to understand and document the current state.
-

Define a continuous integration and delivery pipeline supporting the chosen multi sourcing delivery model. This includes the selection of tools and the integration into the pipeline.

Define a migration plan for those tools and/or repositories that will be replaced.
-

Define a software versioning strategy aligned with the delivery model and the staging environments.
-

Define collaboration tools to support the development process providing Real Time communication, integration with issue management/documentation, on screen collaboration, etc.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE

-

University degree in IT with minimum 10 years hands on experience with several Software Integration Tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab, etc.

Experience with Deployment/Build Tools like Apache Ant, Maven, Nexus, etc
-

Experience with Versioning tools like SVN. Clearcase, Git, etc.
-

Previous analysis experience in this area.
-

Experienced with working in large government/public-body organisations;
-

Experienced in multi-national environment;
-

Specialised in transformation for IT services;
-

Experience in providing process and product advice.

Strong practical knowledge of industry standard development and integration technologies.

Strong interpersonal skills, including experience with teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.

Ability to influence - and gain the support of - a wide range of stakeholders at different levels in the organisation.

A strong delivery-minded approach.

Experienced in cross-departmental transformation.

Experience with similar projects;

Very good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills.

Being active in a multi-cultural environment, the Contractor's staff shall have a very good level of English (oral and written).

The knowledge of German and French will be of added benefit.
