For our CoE Manufacturing team we are looking for a Full time Integration Architect to join our Joure unit.

THE ROLE

The Integration Architect will be responsible for designing application integration solutions by transforming customer requirements into solutions ready to be implemented and rolled out. This relates to both new implementations as well as retrofit projects.
He/she will provide expertise related to the integration of applications across the business, take part in and supervise solution design, quality assurance as well as actively participate in go-live activities. The Integration Architect will be the owner of the integration architecture as well as integration standards & guidelines. As such he/she will and responsible for ensuring compliance of particular project solutions with the architecture.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Acting as a key authority within Group IS for design and pragmatic implementation of application integration solutions, considering the specifics of the Back End systems and the integration platform as well as the present SOA maturity level and staff expertise.

Translating business requirements into solutions ready to be developed, implemented and rolled out and/or supervising the solution design process.

Designing and guarding the implementation of standards for cross-system information workflows, technical validation schemas, message transformation rules, service orchestration, exception definitions and their handling as well as notification services.

Designing and implementing high availability integration solutions to ensure business continuity and minimize risk in cooperation with Development and Technical Services departments.

Guarding the quality of integration solutions and their compliance with defined frameworks (in particular for error-handling, monitoring, technical logging, alerting and service development).

Acting as main escalation point for service development related issues within project delivery activities.

Researching emerging technologies, market trends and best practices in the IS system integration and advise management of the potential application of these emerging trends.

Active supporting various application integration projects ensuring appropriate implementation of the integration architecture

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Subject related university degree or demonstrated equivalent work experience.

At least 5 years' of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and SOA/EDA experience. Preferably on a WebMethods (Software AG) based integration platform.

Proven experience of Enterprise Application Integration with cross-domain, cross-functional and cross- business industry.

Proven knowledge of fundamental SOA concepts and terminology as well as proficiency in the usage of industry design patterns and service-oriented design processes.

Proven track record of experience in application integration.
