INTEGRATION AND ACCEPTANCE TESTING, GENESYS, AVAYA, VERINT, CRSTRAL REPORTS, CALL CENTRE.
eCRM Euro are looking for a Integration and Acceptance Testing for a new IPT phone system, based in Ireand.
A full end to end set of testing across all technologies
Genesys, Avaya, Verint, Interactive Work Space for e-services and call agents, Symon, Work force Management, Crystal Reports and CCPulse.
All the aspects have been system tested some in silos some with limited integration.
The integration test phase shall bring all of these aspects together and test that they work from a full end to end point.
There is 4 IVR call flows with a blackbox IVR package which the customer manages. The majority of phones lines are standard call flows to an agent skill set. Some lines have line prioritisation, others have skill prioritisation
