Administrative Tasks
(1)Process invoices (Identify responsible ILS Officer, Verify that the Contractor has delivered to the Contract Schedule of Supplies and Services)
(2)Process Customs 302 Forms (based on existing process)
(3)Coordinate the shipment of Contractor equipment (introduce the process, monitor and control
(4)Inventory of Contractor deliveries (Documentation, Electronic Media).
ILS Tasks
(5)Support the CRO programme, especially the AMN 2011 and 2012 programme:
a.Tracking of Contractor deliverables (dates, revisions) and ILS Officer feedback (RCLs),
b.Support Configuration Management,
c.High Level Review of Document deliveries (Comparison of delivered document structure with contracted SOW),
d.Support the ILS Officer in reporting and preparing meetings,
e.Document management.
Candidates with a current security clearance are strongly encouraged to apply
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
