Integrated Commissioning Consultant

I am looking for an experienced consultant for my Local Authority Client who has detailed knowledge and understanding of commissioning and in Health, Social Care and Education sourcing.

They must have strong experience of supporting transformational change and have expertise and understanding about what is out there in terms of best practice and evidence base of what works but can use this experience to build on what exists already in the Authority.

Objectives:

I am seeking specialist input to work with Officers, Senior Management and education Members to:

*Identify existing areas of good practice within the Authority and elsewhere.
*Give consideration to the work on definitions and use of language already being done.
*Scope the potential for joint commissioning within the Social Care, Health and Education community.
*Describe what success would look like in terms of quick wins, short to medium term plans and longer term aspirations.
*Define how this type of work can be Embedded across specialist and non-specialist staff.

The successful applicant:

*Can commit fully to this programme within the stated timescale.
*Has detailed knowledge and understanding of commissioning and in Health, Social Care and Education sourcing.
*Has experience of supporting transformational change.
*Has the knowledge, expertise and understanding about what is out there in terms of best practice and evidence base of what works but can use this to build on what exists in the Authority.
*Is an excellent communicator.
*Will bring challenge to existing systems and ways of working whilst helping to develop new ideas.
*Has evidence of working with other Health, Social Care and Education communities on similar programmes
