INSURANCE & RISK MANAGER - BLUE CHIP - MATERNITY COVER

We are offering a brand new opportunity for an Insurance & Risk Manager to join this leading organisation based at their Head Office in Surrey initially to cover a 6 month maternity leave.

As a key Insurance & Risk Manager within this well established business you will be mainly responsible for delivering an efficient Group renewal and supporting the Head of Insurance and colleagues with tasks that are likely to include local policy renewal and maintenance, insurable risk management and claims management.

Within this challenging and varied opportunity you with help to deliver an optimum risk financing programme that provides cost efficiency for the Group, securing competitive premium terms for insurances, providing meaningful statistics to the Group and further ad hoc projects.

As the successful Insurance & Risk Manager you will have worked within a similar environment, including an in-house insurable risk function and have the following experience:

- Insurable Risk experience (in-house rather than as a broker)
- Experience of managing renewals
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel skills

Although this is an initial 6 month maternity cover, there is the high possibility of this extending beyond the initial 6 months.

Location - Surrey, Greater London

Salary - £60-70K (pro rata) + excellent benefits
