Instrumentation & Electrical Designer Job

SENIOR ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION DESIGNER for a long term CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Houston/Baytown, TX.

THE BIG PICTURE:

This position is located at a client site large industrial chemical facility (tobacco and smoke free). The company maintains an engineering team at the site.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Design of instrument, control, and low voltage (480VAC and under) electrical systems for chemical processing facilities.
- Designing instrument spec sheets, loop sheets, schematics, and installation details for flow, pressure, temperature, weight, level, and other plant instrument systems.
- Position is split between Houston office and plant site. Plant site work required to verify existing configuration and gather information for use in office.
- Work with clients, project teams, engineers, and occasionally supervise the work of other designers in office and field.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- 10 - 20 years design experience with a minimum of 10 years as an instrumenthelping leading corporations and governments make the world a better place. Be a part of this team!
