Instrument Technician

My client who are a leading name in the Energy and Utility sector are currently looking for an Instrument technician to join them.

Role:
Site Operational duties plus ensures Instrument plant maintenance is completed as per schedule and equipment availability and reliability is maintained. This is achieved through the efficient delivery of the agreed planned maintenance programme as well as being able to identify faults quickly and respond accordingly.

Experience required:
Completed a recognised instrument apprenticeship/training programme - preferable with CompEx and First Aid Training
Good understanding of Gas Transmission Systems
Good understanding of appropriate legislation and standards
Basic understanding of AGI's and associated pipelines to support MDG pipeline activities across a geographical area.

Qualifications require:
Educated to a minimum of ONC or equivalent - preferred
